★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situé dans un très beau quartier de villa calme. Nous étions face à la mer, dont la plage se trouve à 5 minutes à pied, un supermarché très bien fourni à 2 minutes. Il y a une piscine commune, avec chaises longues et parasols. Un petit bar pour se rafraîchir. On avait même une place de parking en sous-sol pour notre voiture. Le bâtiment n'est pas tout neuf mais bien entretenu. Chouette endroit pour moi.
 Located in a very nice area of quiet villa. We were facing the sea, the beach is a 5 minute walk, a supermarket very well provided 2 minutes. There is a communal swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. A small bar to cool off. We even had a parking space in the basement for our car. The building is not new but well maintained. Nice place for me.

Apartment in good condition with excellent cleanliness, the location with excellent accessibility both at the beach and pool level stands out that for a family with children it becomes exceptional.
I highlight the views from the balcony with the excellent sunset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento muito bem situado, perto da praia e com uma magnífica paisagem vista da varanda. Equipado com o suficiente para umas boas férias de praia. O proprietário, Sr. Ramos, sempre contribuiu com o apoio e esclarecimentos necessários. Um senão, luminosidade a mais no quarto.
Apartment very well located, close to the beach and with a magnificent view from the balcony. Equipped with enough for a good beach holiday. The owner, Mr. Ramos, always contributed with the necessary support and clarification. One catch, too much light in the room.
