Como os elevadores estão CONSTANTEMENTE AVARIADOS, pessoas com incapacidades físicas, permanentes ou temporárias, veem se impedidas de aceder ao comboio. Trata se de subir e/ou descer 45+45 degraus!
É uma vergonha.
A acessibilidade é pura e simplesmente ignorada!
Como se já isso fosse pouco, durante o inverno o piso da passagem superior está TODOS OS DIAS coberto de gelo, tendo já havido diversos acidentes.

As the elevators are CONSTANTLY AVOIDED, people with physical disabilities, permanent or temporary, are prevented from accessing the train. Try to climb up and / or down 45 + 45 steps!
It's a shame.
Accessibility is simply ignored!
As if that were not enough, during the winter the floor of the upper passage is EVERY DAY covered with ice, having already had several accidents.
