★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst places where I've eaten, pretty dirty and really low quality food.
The service, if possible, is even worse. I've asked if I could add some vegetables to my baguette and the cashier answered "go to the supermarket and make it by yourself", I asked if there was lactose in the bread, as I'm intolerant, and he didn't even check. Horrible, make yourself a favor, choose a better place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fast food place! Shoarma baguette is tasty (and really huge) and fries are usually spot on. Huge plus for random tourists is that if you're waiting in the line for Pasteis de Belen, you can have a great lunch without stepping out of the line!

We got the shawarma pitas, and they were terrible. The meat was far from a classic shawarma. It was undercooked and overcooked in patches. The pita bread was terrible, almost like chewy cardboard. Hate wasting food, but this was pretty much inedible.
Even worse, the staff was incredibly rude. I understand that the restaurant has got a lot of footfall from tourists and doesn’t focus on hospitality but being rude to multiple people isn’t needed.
