A beautiful park where it is good to walk there.

Fantastic place, with numerous points of interest. Ideal for a full day outing with the whole family. The only drawback is the immense presence of tourists during almost the whole year.

Signposted completely underground, the place has no heart for tourists and just doesn't want them in town - a shame. After we drove in a circle unnecessarily (all one-way streets, not enough parking spaces) we were back at the place where I originally wanted to park - see photo. There are a number of free parking spaces at the church and in front of it, and you can also turn around there and look for something else. Anyone who goes 200-300m further behind the church can then do a second lap for another 30 minutes, attention. There is also no signposted way to the park, a nice resident with a rickshaw was happy to explain the way to us (see picture 2). Takes about 15 minutes from the church. The castle itself is super beautiful, and was really full even during Corona times.

We also had the pleasure of seeing this place in a different, more rainy version. It wasn't raining, but the views were amazing. Like I'm in tropical rainforests! You can walk in the park for hours, but it also takes so long to get there ... traffic jam, lots of people, it's hard to get to the bus. Still, the later views are worth it!
