S	Saskia Savvy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh.. after 40 minute waiting in the queue in the restaurant I got soup which wasn't tasty and pasta which was the same, bad experience, people who were serving the meal were nice but the work weren't distributed effective, this place has potential but it's so uneffective, what a shame and wasting my time instead of enjoying the place.

J	Jakub Michálek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in the Castle of Pena Restaurant (there is a cafeteria also). We waited 40 minutes in a line just to eat low quality food, so we did not enjoy the visit. The personell is so slow that one third of the restaurant is empty in this crammed tourist destination. There are elementary faults such as that the customer does not know what the soup is and the meal of the day although he has 40 min in the line or that the personell works in a row which slows down to the slowest link. There is no sign to tell you the meal of the day. The food was sour and we only ate it because we were hungry. The restaurant only generates the profit thanks to the fact that the tourists change all the time because of the Palace otherwise nobody would come back. A change of the manager is absolutely necessary.
