★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o portátil, deixei os contactos- pedi dar informação por e-mail ou por número do meu marido. Porque tinha de ir lá fora. Mas o funcionário da loja - Tiago Lima , fiz erro no mail , eu reparei e pedi trocar por e-mail certo. Ele acalmou me, e assegurou me que vai corrigir e vai passar toda informação para colegas.
Mas nó fim, quando eu voltei um mês depois, apareceu, que ele (Tiago Lima) esqueceu mudar nome do e-mail, por isso ninguém me deu informação nenhuma.
Então o laboratory devolveram me o portátil sem reparação. Tinha explicado por Rúben Cruz, - Porque eu não atendei por telemóvel. Mas eu vários vezes explicava que não vou atender.
Meu marido diz, que não recebeu chamadas.
O serviço muito estranho. Não sei para quem? Falta comunicação e feedback ?
I left the laptop, I left the contacts - I asked for information by e-mail or my husband's number. Because I had to go outside. But at the end, when I came back a month later, it appeared that he (Tiago Lima) forgot to change his e-mail name, so no one gave me any information.
So the laboratory returned the notebook to me without repair. It had been explained by Rúben Cruz, - Because I didn't answer by cell phone. But I explained several times that I won't answer.
My husband says, he has not received calls.
Very strange service. I don't know for whom? Lack of communication and feedback ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um computador na PC Clinic Amoreiras dia 14.07.
Dia 16.07 informaram que o computador necessitava da substituição da bateria e ventoinha e que seria entregue dentro de 15 dias apos aceitação do orçamento.
Dia 17.07 paguei 240,00 conforme solicitado.
E o computador que a minha filha usa para as aulas, tendo efectuado varias insistencias durante este periodo para a resolução desta questão.
Hoje dia 04.09.21 ainda nao me foi entregue o computador.
A falta de profissionalismo e a indiferença perante as necessidades do cliente nao se coadunam com as exigências da actividade empresarial de " supostamente uma grande empresa ".
Desaconselho vivamente a aquisicao de produtos na fnac e a utilização dos serviços de reparacao.
I left a computer at PC Clinic Amoreiras on 07/14.
On July 16, they informed that the computer needed to replace the battery and fan and that it would be delivered within 15 days after the budget was accepted.
On 07/17 I paid 240.00 as requested.
It is the computer that my daughter uses for classes, having made several insistences during this period to resolve this issue.
Today, 04.09.21 the computer has not yet been delivered to me.
The lack of professionalism and indifference to the client's needs are not compatible with the requirements of the business activity of "supposedly a large company".
I strongly advise against purchasing products from fnac and using repair services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o meu portátil para arranjar no início de Agosto, e no dia 16/08 fui informado que precisaria de uma bateria nova e demoraria 20 dias úteis a ter o arranjo feito. Este establecimento não só não cumpriu as datas, como também não sentem a necessidade de informar o cliente, sendo sempre necessário ser eu a contactá-los ou a deslocar-me ao local.
A 7 de Setembro dizem que a peça a ser entregue sofreu um atraso e chegaria dia 13. Nada disto aconteceu... Foi outra vez necessário que eu me deslocasse ao local para ter notícias do computador, mas agora dizem-me que só no fim de Outubro é que a peça chegaria. Nesse momento exigi o portátil de volta o qual me informaram que demoraria 1 semana a voltar. Só voltou passadas duas semanas, e surpreendente (ou não) chegou em pior estado do que quando o deixei na Pc Clinic. Neste momento ainda estou à espera que me devolvam o dinheiro, e estou a prever que vai ser necessária mais uma ida ao establecimento.
Péssimo serviço, péssimo apoio ao cliente, e pela primeira vez senti a necessidade de escrever no livro de reclamações de um estabelecimento.
I left my laptop to get fixed in early August, and on 16/08 I was informed that I would need a new battery and it would take 20 working days to get the fix done. This establishment not only did not meet the dates, but also do not feel the need to inform the client, it is always necessary for me to contact them or go to the location.
On the 7th of September they say that the part to be delivered was delayed and would arrive on the 13th. None of this happened... It was once again necessary for me to go to the site to get news from the computer, but now they tell me that only at the end October is that the piece would arrive. At that moment I demanded the laptop back which I was informed that it would take 1 week to return. He only came back after two weeks, and surprisingly (or not) he arrived in a worse state than when I left him at the Pc Clinic. Right now I'm still waiting for the money to be returned to me, and I'm predicting that another trip to the establishment will be necessary.
Terrible service, terrible customer support, and for the first time I felt the need to write in an establishment's complaints book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TUDO no processo com a PC Clinic das Amoreiras foi PESSIMO. O atentimento dos homens na loja é rude, mas isso nem é o pior. Entreguei o meu PC no dia 22 de Janeiro, quando me disseram que ia levar 10 dias para o orçamento. Orçamento que recebi no dia 11 de FEVEREIRO!! Devia ter logo aí parado tudo. Uma vez feito o pagamento, informaram-me que iam ser mais 10 dias até o computador reparado voltar para a loja. Hoje é dia 4 de MARÇO e continuo sem o meu computador. Fui à loja, e não sabem responder às minhas perguntas.

EVERYTHING in the process with PC Clinic das Amoreiras was BAD. The attention of the men in the store is rude, but that's not even the worst. I delivered my PC on January 22nd, when I was told it would take 10 days for the quote. Budget I received on FEBRUARY 11th!! It should have stopped right there. Once the payment was made, I was informed that it would be another 10 days before the repaired computer returned to the store. Today is March 4th and I still don't have my computer. I went to the store, and they don't know how to answer my questions.
STAY AWAY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu normalmente nunca denuncio ou queixo-me de maus serviços ou mau atendimento ao cliente, mas a experiência de ontem à noite com os dois rapazes que estavam a trabalhar na PC Clinic FNAC do centro comercial das Amoreiras deixou-me petrificada. Nunca tinha passado por tal. A tecla do meu iPhone deixou de funcionar correctamente. Estava perra. Passei no centro comercial e fui à GMC, cujo funcionário deixou o meu tlm num loop de ecrã preto e o aparecimento do logo da Apple. Sem se justificar pelo que fez, disse-me só que não sabia o que estava a acontecer e mandou-me ir à PC Clinic FNAC. Quando lá chego, nem tocaram no telemóvel e disseram-me de imediato que o telemóvel precisava de um reboot, que iria perder tudo o que tinha lá dentro. Nem nele tocaram! Recusaram-se a fazer diagnóstico. Foram extremamente indelicados e só faltou mesmo expulsarem-me dali. Nem 5min lá estive. Disseram-me que o telemóvel estava num loop qualquer, que devia ter a memória cheia e que teria que o apagar todo e pronto. Desesperada, passei ainda na iServices, agora com um tlm que não funcionava, quando tudo o que tinha antes era a tecla home perra, e um diagnóstico foi feito em 10min. A memória não estava cheia. O telemóvel não precisava de um reboot. O funcionário do iServices abriu o tlm e diagnosticou na hora que é um problema de hardware. Só precisava de uma nova tecla home. Só isso. O tlm está a funcionar perfeitamente bem! Entrei no centro comercial a achar isso mesmo e depois de falar com aqueles dois funcionários, pensava que ia perder tudo o que tinha no telemóvel, assim subitamente. Nunca vi tanta falta de profissionalismo e respeito pelo cliente. Assustador como falaram comigo...Seja lá o que façam, não vão à PC Clinic FNAC.
I normally never report or complain about poor service or poor customer service, but last night's experience with the two guys who were working at the PC Clinic FNAC at the Amoreiras shopping center left me petrified. I had never experienced this. My iPhone key stopped working properly. I was stuck. I stopped by the mall and went to the GMC, whose employee left my phone in a black screen loop and the appearance of the Apple logo. Without justifying what he did, he just told me that he didn't know what was happening and told me to go to PC Clinic FNAC. When I got there, they didn't even touch the cell phone and told me straight away that the cell phone needed a reboot, that I would lose everything inside. They didn't even touch him! They refused to make a diagnosis. They were extremely impolite and all that was needed was to get me out of there. I wasn't there for 5 minutes. They told me that the cell phone was in some loop, that it must have the memory full and that I would have to erase it all and that's it. Desperate, I still went to iServices, now with a phone that didn't work, when all I had before was the stuck home key, and a diagnosis was made in 10 minutes. The memory was not full. The cell phone didn't need a reboot. The iServices employee opened the tlm and immediately diagnosed it as a hardware problem. I just needed a new home key. Just that. Tlm is working perfectly fine! I entered the mall thinking that and after talking to those two employees, I thought I was going to lose everything I had on my cell phone, just like that. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. Scary how they spoke to me... Whatever you do, don't go to PC Clinic FNAC.
