Horrible experiencia. Retuvieron mi laptop una semana sin dar presupuesto. El acuerdo ers recibir presupuesto inmediatamente. Paso una semana y al desistir del servicio por falta de atención decidieron cobrarme por NADA Negligencia profesional total y ahora quiere cobrar por hacer nada. Puse una denuncia en la defensa al consumidor de Portugal y AUN NO ME DEVUELVEN MI LAPTOP, NO CONFIAR EN ESTA EMPRESA.

Horrible experience. They held my laptop for a week without giving an estimate. The agreement is to receive a quote immediately. A week passed and when I gave up the service due to lack of attention they decided to charge me for NOTHING Total professional negligence and now they want to charge for doing nothing. I filed a complaint with the Portuguese consumer defense and THEY STILL DO NOT RETURN ME MY LAPTOP, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
