★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience at the Phone Lab! Brought in my phone in the morning. sure, the iphone has fallen in the past and had minor evidence of small dent breakage on the side of the screen. When I came back in the evening, the screen was heavily broken across the whole screen, and the first thing that was said to me: your phone is already broken, do you need to buy a screen protector. The Guy was bluntly lying. Either he had an accident and broke my phone, or he had done it on purpose to cause me to pay him to fix it again. The Guy is a liar , stay away. Regardless he refused to fixed my phone and caused me more damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This seems like a good place if you have a standard issue with an old model, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND it for newer models or more complex repairs. I needed to replace the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S20+, which was a very expensive repair because the LCD and glass needed to be replaced together. This shop completely damaged my top speakers when they did the repair. Now, I cannot pick up the phone without putting it on loudspeaker, and that is an even more expensive problem than a shattered screen. Additionally, the store only takes cash, which they failed to mention upfront when I dropped off my phone for repair.
