Cuando fui a reclamar, me dijeron que el perfume estaba perfecto, que era mi olfato el que estaba mal y no había opcion de cambiarlo por otro. Pesimo trato al cliente y engaño descarado. They sold me an eau de parfum of almost € 100 expired. When I went to complain, they told me that the perfume was perfect, that it was my nose that was wrong and there was no option to exchange it for another. Pity customer treatment and cheeky deception.

A empregada que lá estava, nem me deu as boas vindas, porque a conversa que estava com uma amiga - que nem tinha a farda de lá - era mais interessante. Tive de ser eu a dar as boas tardes e a perguntar onde ficavam os perfumes infantis: "ficam neste corredor, e retornou à conversa com a amiga, esta por sua vez, estava sentada numa prateleira de baixo, tive que pedir licença para descorrer daquela cabecinha que tinha se desviar as pernas para eu poder passar. Levantou-se e foram conversar para outro lado. A empregada nem mostrou interesse em me ajudar. Nem procurei mais nada, ao sair o alarme disparou e ela nem ligou!!! Inusitada esta situação. Se está contrariada, dê lugar a alguém que realmente necessite e esteja melhor preparado! Com certeza não deveriam trabalhar com o público. Parece que estão fazendo um favor por nos atender mal e porcamente. Não recomendo !
