★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de compromisso com o cliente. Solicitei um shampoo que estava no balcão atrás da atendente, a mesma retirou o produto e colocou no saco. Chegando à casa percebi que ela havia se equivocado e me vendido um condicionador. Fui à loja dois dias depois para realizar a troca com a embalagem intacta e fui informada que não poderia fazê-la.
Vou arcar com o prejuízo de um produto que não tenho interesse simplesmente porque a loja tem mais interesse em vender a qualquer custo do que com a satisfação dos clientes.
 Lack of commitment to the customer. I ordered a shampoo that was on the counter behind the attendant, she took the product and put it in the bag. Arriving at the house I realized that she had made a mistake and sold me a conditioner. I went to the store two days later to make the exchange with the packaging intact and I was told I couldn't do it.
I will bear the loss of a product that I am not interested in simply because the store is more interested in selling at any cost than with customer satisfaction.

I bought a portable drill from Andreia, it came out of order, even though it was under warranty, it came back broken, and for the fourth time it's still broken, I never paid anything, but it's sad, an expensive item and they don't give a solution, I never had any breakdowns with the items. Thanks

The functionaries are the best in terms of service in Portugal, all the other stores, especially those in the mall, are terrible, instead of helping to hinder our purchases. Service is everything!
