A defective aquarium sold. I went 3 hours after the purchase to the store and the exchange was not made because the product was not in stock, nor was I allowed to return the amount paid to the customer, despite all existing rights under the Civil Code. I am trying to report the situation in the online complaints book, but the company is not registered.
