★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiffany was fantastic! After only 3 sessions, some exercises, the use of a machine and some massages, managed to alleviate some long-lasting chronic shoulder and upper back pain.
Also very friendly service, speaks perfect English and will happily help you improve your Portuguese! Highly recommend!

I honestly don't know how I would have coped without her help these last few years. She is totally professional, attentive, works in detail suggesting various approaches, suitable exercises, recommends other trainers and therapists as necessary. Thanks to her reassuring support, I have managed to come off heavy medication and get physically active once again. Not bad at 62!

She provides easy to follow exercises to continue the treatment at home. Whenever I am injured I don't think twice about who I will contact. Tanya is professional, and extremely talented at what she does.
