Good food but unfortunately the estabilishment lacks professionalty , a lack of level of empathy and communication towards the customers when handling problems which what happened after our last visit. After our last order, we waited half a hour for the food to come and there were waiters that came to our table but we couldn´t understand what they were asking for nor they knew what we wanted so they came and go. Now this wasn´t a busy night like you normally see with others estabilishments since the restaurant was pretty big but there wasn´t a full house that night. We decided to leave and pay for our bills since we thought that they forgot about us after 30 minutes. After half of our group paid the bills, a waitress came to tell the other waitress that we didn´t pay for the rest of the food that we ordered and that we needed to pay 50 cents for each piece which the sum was 10-15 euros in total. We replied that we waited half a hour long for our food which only came right when half of our group paid for their own bills. but she rudely told us that we could have waited 5 minutes more for the food to come out. As soon as one of our friends was going to talk to her, she turned her back and left minding her own business somewhere else. We sat back again at other table,ate the leftover food and after all of us paid our bill, we left the estabilishment hoping to never return to it again with that rudeness that was displayed toward us. Boa comida, mas infelizmente o estabelecimento carece de profissionalismo, falta de nível de empatia e de comunicação com os clientes no tratamento dos problemas que aconteceram após a nossa última visita. Depois do nosso último pedido, esperamos meia hora pela comida chegar e havia garçons que vieram à nossa mesa, mas não entendíamos o que eles estavam a perguntar e nem eles sabiam o que queríamos então eles iam e vinham. Bem, esta não foi uma noite agitada como normalmente vê-se com outros estabelecimentos, já que o restaurante era bem grande, mas não havia casa cheia naquela noite. Decidimos sair e pagar nossas contas. Depois que metade do nosso grupo pagou as contas, uma garçonete veio dizer à outra garçonete que não tínhamos pagado o resto da comida que pedíamos e que precisávamos pagar 50 centavos por cada peça. Respondemos que esperamos meia hora pela nossa comida, que só veio bem quando metade do nosso grupo pagou as próprias contas. Ela rudemente nos disse que poderíamos ter esperado mais 5 minutos para a comida sair, mas quando os nossos amigos iam falar com ela, ela deu as costas e foi á sua vida. Voltamos a sentar à mesa, comemos o resto da comida que faltava e depois de todos termos pagar a conta, saímos do estabelecimento na esperança de nunca mais voltar a por lá os pês.

So, my friends and I wanted some sushi yesterday. At first we ordered the amount of food we thought would be enough, to prevent wasting food that we wouldn't be able to eat. After this we were still hungry, so we decided to make a new order of sushi. After this new order we waited around 30 minutes for the food without any indication that we would receive our order. Important to note that during this time, the staff approached our table two times (different persons each time), asking if we wanted more food or if we were waiting for a order. In both interactions we explained we were waiting for food we had already ordered , and were faced with a sense on confusion and lack of organization, on top of a difficulty in understanding portuguese. Faced with this situation and having passed 30 minutes without our food we decided to pay our bill and leave, since your order was most likely lost. So after half of our group had payed, we where informed, in a rude manner that we still had food being delivered and if we left without eating it we needed to pay extra. When trying to politely resolve the matter we were faced with a lack of respect from the staff towards us, to the point were one of the staff turn around and ignored us mid sentence. Me and this group of friend used to dine there multiple times in the past, but after this we decided never again, do to the lack of respect and manner displayed by the staff.

For me, the best sushi in town. It is big, with many seatinh options and the staff is very friendly

Very tasty sushi , I never ate such good sushi. In fact I used to not be a sushi fan but this place changed my mind. They have so many options and it's one of my favorite restaurants here. I've been to many places in Lagos however this one has the best sushi. They also offer takeaway which is one box and it's super good.

Really nice food and good service. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We had lots to eat and left very full up and very happy. Highly recommended.
