Nomeadamente durante o calcolitico como evidenciam entre outros os exemplares de tipologia funerária megalítica. Assente em quatro degraus octogonais, possui coluna cilíndrica lisa, sem capitel, com gaiola quadrada e remate piramidal, encimado por pirâmide de estilo manuelino.
Pillory of São Mamede, with archaeological remains that testify to human presence since prehistory. Particularly during the calcolithic, as evidenced, among others, by the megalithic funerary types. Based on four octagonal steps, it has a smooth cylindrical column, without capital, with a square cage and a pyramidal top, topped by a Manueline style pyramid.
