Since I was a tourist in portimao I have visited dis place only twise. Price I always same in pingadose, but compared to German brands like aldi and lidl it's cheap.
S	Stephen Thomson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into Portimao 11:30 to get bus to Mexih** Grande at 12:10 so loads of time to get a sandwich or something at this Pingo Doce, or so we thought. Got to the deli counter number up was 90, we were number 94. Nobody serving, we can see what we want but can’t get it. Eventually a staff member comes round, starts asking what folk want, it takes time to serve them, someone wants something not already on offer, it’s made up then she has to go elsewhere so it can be shrink wrapped (why aren’t their bags good enough?), and I’m starting to panic that we aren’t going to make our bus connection. We do get served, just a couple of basic items - why aren’t they on self service? The same items are on self service at the Inter Marche in Alvor - why can’t they be in this Pingo Doce? We do make our bus connection and enjoy our walk.

Although there was 6 cash registers open, we literally waited in line for 15 min. Other than that it's quite standard Pingo Doce. Seems to have good quality and wide variety.
