La Pizzeria Romana al taglio nasce nel centro storico di Roma nel 1958. Da sempre attenta alla scelta delle materie prime, si è sempre più orientata all’uso di prodotti locali e artigianali. Gli impasti a lievitazione lenta, con indici di idratazione dell’80%, evidenziano le caratteristiche organolettiche delle farine biologiche che vengono usate.
L’importanza della qualità è un concetto chiave anche nella selezione e nella formazione del nostro staff, in Italia e all’astero. Questa avviene con lo stesso impegno e attenzione adoperati nella selezione di quelle materie prime che rendono unico l’impasto delle nostre pizze.
La Pizzeria Romana al taglio, nel corso di piú di 60 anni di attività è cresciuta per diventare un vero e proprio progetto gastronomico che vanta la collaborazione dell’Associazione Pizzerie Italiane (API) e l’assistenza tecnica del suo Presidente, Angelo Iezzi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzeria with a large selection of pre-baked pizzas with a variety of different toppings. The pizza is heated quickly, although not thoroughly, in a countertop small oven. Mostly a take out shop due the lack of counter space for dining in. Not my favorite, but not that bad if you wish to grab something fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only got 4 seats, so more of a grab and go place. But super good cheap pizza by the slice. I had the potato and the mushroom slices and that really filled me up. Great vegetarian options (not just stuck with a magarita) super friendly service too. Staff speak English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pizza. I wouldn’t say it’s the best. But it is very unique and they have many original topping combinations. Each slice will be around €3 to €4. Very nice staff and service. It’s a good place to come for a slice after a few drinks.

Everything is so delicious and fantastic. Salesperson was a really nice lady. The place is small and is mostly take away but there are some chairs for people who want to have their orders there. Prices are good. Do not forget to try it before leaving Lisbon ☺️

You must try it. Staff is nice and friendly,, kudos to all of you guys. I'll come here once again before I leave
