About Placetostay - Student Housing, Lda.
Placetostay is a small start up that aims at providing housing services for students, young professionals for medium long term periods.
We provide housing services over several apartments located throughout the city of Lisbon, ranging from studios to 12 bedroom apartments.
Our housing services are divided between apartments owned by placetostay or apartments that are managed by placetostay but belonging to different owners and landlords.
Our accommodation services include fully furniture rooms and apartments with maintenance and also the possibility of including a variety of services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be ready to live in a tiny room and pay for a castle. Moreover be ready for the bad management of the place and the bad state of flats. Be ready of getting charged for your flatemate behaviour and be ready to get charge for nothing when back home.

For all people who are interested in moving in here, trust me, you will find a better provider!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely don't recommend. Quality of the rooms is very poor and the price is definitely not equivalent to the conditions of the apartment. Moreover, I did not receive my deposit back, due to the "damages" I supposedly caused, which were: dust under the bed, missing part of a power socket, and dirty mattress, where replacement of all costed 200€ (!) as I was informed. When asked for the invoices and receipts for maintenance actions they had to take, they said that such were not yet done, and as for the mattress they sent me an invoice from the previous year. They are trying to charge you on everything possible, maintenance is done poorly, if at all, cocroaches in the kitchen, disgusting shower curtains, just terrible. Also a camera on the entrance of the apartment, supposedly for the "security" reasons. Would have given a negative number of stars if possible.
