Além do mais exigiram cópias certificadas de documentos sem que tivessem feito aviso prévio. Claro está que foi cobrado o serviço a peso de ouro. The last but not least, they can't say what was the legal motive to not do what was supposed to. Shameful is the only thing that comes at my mind. Day after this, we did the public deed without any problem. We have higher losses because the sellers have a flight back to the USA and we were forced to change it with no need at all. The buyers changed a trip they have scheduled long time and lose their money as well. It's not fair and more than that... It's not a professional way to deal with his customers.
