★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a vehicle from Platinum Motors. It was my first vehicle purchase in Portugal and I wanted to ensure that I was getting a quality vehicle with the necessary supports in the event of any problems.
The team at Platinum were exceptional from the initial engagement with Pedro right through to the support team and indeed from Marcus, the owner of the company.
Typical of the attitude I experienced, I happened to mislay my driving license while either on their premises or while driving to their premises and despite all members of the team searching for my license, it was not found. Subsequently, Pedro contacted the local police on my behalf to make them aware of the situation and called me late that evening to advise that my license had been handed in to the police and could be collected.
My experience with Platinum has been exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any person looking for high quality vehicles backed up with superb service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d like to compliment Marcos and his team for the great service they gave me earlier on this year.
I asked Marcos to import an Audi RS6 for me from Europe. He sourced the car and handled the entire importation process from start to finish. The car was immaculate, 3 years old, low mileage and reasonably priced with every available extra - oh and the car is amazing!!
Due to a change of circumstances I regretfully decided to sell it six months later and spoke to Marcos, I took the car down to him and he bought it back there and then with funds hitting my bank account instantaneously.
In my experience there aren’t many luxury car dealers that operate at this level - well done to Marcos and Platinum Autos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend anyone to buy a car from Platinum Auto Sales in Almancil, their customer service is beyond absurd. I bought a car from them 2 months ago, and the very next day the tyre exploded…. Upon taking it to the garage I found ALL 4 tyres beyond their legally minimum requirement and so bare the wires were poking through. (Clearly something as basic as checking tyre threads we’re not checked before selling the car) then the car kept asking me to top up coolant daily! Under the warranty it has now been in the garage over 4 weeks, and platinum have failed to provide a courtesy car, meaning I had to hire a car and they’re refusing to pay for it. The owner of the garage has failed to respond to any requests to call me or accept any of my calls. I’ve never known anything like this level of service. Selling cars that are not road worthy or legal, and then taking €35000 for a car that then can’t be driven, without providing an alternative in the meantime.

Marcus was brilliant…and his whole team inc Shanti. Very patient, very helpful and I am thrilled with both the car and service we have received.
It is so nice to have platinum autos where you can buy a car with no pressure and a feeling of confidence in what you are buying. Well done Marcos, I’m sure I’ll be back soon for another car !
