★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un vrai scandale !!!! Voilà plus de 2 mois que j'essaie désespérément de clôturer mon compte pour lequel je paie des frais de gestion pour aucune opération.... Impossible d'accéder à un service compétent ! Ils nous baladent de téléphone en téléphone... Et pour combler le tout, le numéro informé pour joindre l'agence d'Almancil, ne sert absolument à rien !!!!! Ras le bol de ces incompétents uniquement capables de prendre notre argent !!!!!!
A real scandal !!!! For more than 2 months I have been desperately trying to close my account for which I am paying management fees for no transaction .... Impossible to access a competent service! They walk us from phone to phone ... And to make matters worse, the informed number to reach the Almancil agency is absolutely useless !!!!! Fed up with these incompetent people who are only able to take our money !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema destas avaliações é que as coisas mudam, as pessoas mudam. Mas para hoje posso apenas escrever sobre a realidade actual... e é nesse contexto que me sinto na obrigação de deixar uma nota muito positiva sobre o atendimento que me foi feito e a forma como as duas pessoas envolvidas lidaram com o meu problema. De uma forma como se o meu problema fosse também o delas, como deveria ser sempre, num mundo perfeito. Apesar de as probabilidades de resolução serem pequenas, conseguiram-no, já depois de eu ter saído do balcão. Ligaram-me mais tarde a dar os detalhes.
The problem with these assessments is that things change, people change. But for today I can only write about the current reality... and it is in this context that I feel obliged to leave a very positive note about the care given to me and the way in which the two people involved dealt with my problem. As if my problem was their problem too, as it should always be in a perfect world. Although the odds of a resolution are slim, they managed to do it after I left the counter. They called me later with the details.
