Moral da historia nao se pode confiar nos funcionarios e a politica da loja é so para bem estar deles propios.. Shop with bad service, I asked a functionary a respective article I mentioned what I did not want at all..It was exactly what I did not want I took, now I tell the store and as they do not trade I am forced to keep what I do not want . Moral of the story can not be trusted employees and the store policy is only for their own welfare.

A primeira vez que pintei o cabelo também comprei aqui a tinta! Simplesmente incrivel! I always liked the place a lot, my mom is just doing her professional job because of this store! Os cabelos antes de aplicar o tal produto estavam macios, após a aplicação ficam ásperos, impossível pentear, enfim... Resumindo não fizeram troca nem me devolveram o dinheiro. Conclusão não faço mais compras nessa loja I asked an employee for help about products to protect the hair from the use of devices at high temperatures (board), recommended a product of such a brand, trusted the employee's opinion and bought the product. The hair before applying the product was soft, after application it becomes rough, impossible to comb, in short ... In short, they did not change or return the money to me.
