A resposta que me deram ,foi sempre a mesma, ou seja que o meu contacto mereceu a “melhor atenção” daqueles serviços e que iriam fazer as respectivas diligências para fazer esse agendamento. Passados 11 dias até à data de hoje, dado que os CTT Expresso NADA fizeram ,apesar de eu ter pago on line, antecipadamente a quantia referente a uma segunda entrega, resolvi contactar a Senhora que se encontra à frente do POSTO CTT DOS OLIVAIS NORTE, a quem relatei o que se estava a passar. Esta senhora, muito prestável e muito atenciosa, imediatamente me respondeu que iria tentar resolver o meu problema, tendo conseguido que a segunda entrega me fosse feita poucas horas depois.Demonstrou assim, ser uma GRANDE PROFISSIONAL, MUITO EMPENHADA EM SERVIR OS CLIENTES DA MELHOR FORMA. A acrescentar a estas diligências, que tão eficiente e rápidamente fez ,em prol dos serviços que presta, ainda teve a amabilidade e o profissionalismo de (sem me conhecer pessoalmente), me contactar ,ao final da tarde,através do seu telemóvel pessoal, para se inteirar se o meu problema tinha ficado resolvido e se a referida entrega tinha sido efetuada. Não poderia deixar de lhe expressar os meus agradecimentos e de LOUVAR o seu desempenho.
