★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando V. Exas. mudarem de empresa que presta a vossa assistência técnica, a "SPALUX", altero a minha classificação.
No dia 18/10/2016 solicitei uns “perfis vedantes” e só depois de falar convosco (Loja Lisboa) é que esta empresa se dignou a enviar-nos um email (ontem, dia 20/07/2017).
No entanto a referir o número de unidades erradas que a minha base de chuveiro tem e a dizer que tem de encomendar, isto sem indicar o prazo de entrega.
Por fim e para terminar em beleza cobram 8€ de transporte dos artigos que nem 1 kg. tem de peso na totalidade.
Depois deste tempo de espera e com este péssimo serviço o mínimo que se impunha era de não cobrarem a entrega...

When you change the company that provides your technical assistance, "SPALUX", I change my classification.
On 10/18/2016 I requested some “sealing profiles” and it was only after speaking with you (Loja Lisboa) that this company deigned to send us an email (yesterday, 20/07/2017).
However, mentioning the number of wrong units that my shower tray has and saying that I have to order, this without indicating the delivery time.
Finally and to finish in beauty, they charge 8 € for the transport of items like 1 kg. it has weight in its entirety.
After this waiting time and with this lousy service the minimum that was required was not to charge for delivery ...
Porcelanosa never again while this is your technical assistance ...
