First, the website is very easy to use. Then, when you book the car and pay you receive a email for the payment AND a msg on your phone for the pickup confirmation which is very reassuring.
The car was on time and you receive a msg when the car is here waiting for you. It was very clean and confortable!
The driver is very kind and he speaks english very well :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first time in Porto & am glad That Me and my family did a Douro Valley Tour with this company. Nuno was our driver/guide. The pick up was on time from our hotel in Porto. Was a private Tour / vehicle just for our family. We also have booked another Private Tour with this company to Ponte de Lima and Viana fo Castelo Two days later and we love it . The communication in English was fantastic throughout the emails exchange and our driver wich did a brilliant job and was very friendly and recommended us a great restaurant in Pinhão and the best wineries . Booking two or more tours with them , we get complimentary Porto airport Transfer . Weather in Portugal was great, unique landscape of Douro , Douro and Port wine, the food, the service from this company and our hotel and restaurants we’ve been to, Portugal full of History and the friendliness of Portuguese people... we loved it all! Friendly English speaking driver, modern spacious car and a great website where we can easily plan our trip and estimate distance and prices . Also easy to book online my airport transfer and pay by pay-pal or pay in cash to the driver also possible . 5 stars service, I recomend !

We hired Michael to drive pick us up in a minibus and drive us around the Douro Valley.
He provided a mobile hot spot and there was cold water available.
Very responsible driver and English communication easy and clear.
