L	Lena Lampe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beds are small and short, so your feet hang out at night. The mattresses are very hard, but I know that this is a matter of taste. The window is broken so you can't close it properly. There is a street in front of the window, so you can hear every car as if it were driving through the room. In addition, there is a large construction site there with corresponding noise. There is no storage in the room. If you have 2 suitcases one has to be on the floor. There is also no storage space in the bathroom. If you take more than 2 capsules of coffee in the room you have to pay for them. The shower has a shower curtain which would be more appropriate for a 2 star hotel Not a 5 star experience. The breakfastroom is super dark. The location is very good and I also like the design.

They want to wave my bill but I paid what we managed to eat. And the restaurant staff members could not be more accommodating and attentive. I will be sure to come back since I believe it’s just the particular dish we ordered didn’t work out well. Great service!

Also, we had a very friendly and nice waiter. We don't know why, but we got a glass of Port after our excellent dessert. That was very nice. Thank you!

A	Andrew Long on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 6 nights with breakfast for a city break in November. Hotel was excellent both in terms of decor and room layout. Breakfast was served in 3 large rooms on first floor. We went for a room on 6th floor overlooking the city and enjoyed fantastic views. Breakfast was excellent and there was a real variety of options. Nothing was too much for the staff. Hotel was located in central Porto with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

They were all calm and very much helpful! We got a complementary glass of wine in the lobby and the atmosphere was wonderful. The design of the renewed old palace is done lovely with keeping both the old and the new items. The doors in the entrance are a beautiful detail kept. The stone walls are great too. The room is perfect!!! Large with a great view! The bathroom is clean and very beautiful. A lot of space in the room. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOTEL!!!

Walking distance to many beautiful sites. The breakfast was delicious and very complete. The spa is great. They have a very cute pool. What we liked the most was the staff. They were extremely nice, helpful and cordial.

This was one of our favorite Hotels. Room service was also delicious. PortoBay in Flores is a stylish and beautiful property. We would love to visit again.
