★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff, varied and well-maintained resistance training equipment (Technogym, Life Fitness), free weights and cardio machines. Complementary secure cloakroom system, small gym towel included and nice down to earth atmosphere. A refreshing change from usual attempts to find gyms on short trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym. Priced super reasonably especially for inside the city. Staff is friendly, attentive, and motivated, which in turn means a really friendly member base. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough, has everything you need whether you are a beginner or more serious about fitness.
