They ignored the multiple calls I made. So I had to go there, when I got there the store was empty and the lady who attended me was quite arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É inadmissível a arrogância e mal estar das 2 funcionárias, estamos a pagar um serviço e não são educadas, simpáticas,estão a fazer um frete,mudem estes " monos" e que facilitem o lugar a quem precisa de trabalhar...... monos é o que são.
The arrogance and malaise of the 2 employees is unacceptable, we are paying for a service and they are not polite, friendly, they are doing a freight, change these "monos" and make the place easier for those who need to work ...... monos is what they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui retirar uma encomenda a sra do ctt falou que nao estava lá pois no aviso de recebimento constava a partir do dia seguinte. No entanto recebi um e-mail para levantar hoje e fui até lá. Ela me mandou embora nervosa, se quer olhou se estava lá a encomenda. Fui embora e liguei para a central e a encomenda já estava disponível.
Terrible attendance. I went to pick up an order the mrs of ctt said it was not there because the receipt acknowledged it from the following day. However I received an email to get up today and went over there. She sent me away nervous, if you want to see if the package was there. I left and called the central and the order was already available.
