b	bludog76 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel! The staff was very hospitable without being overbearing. Clean comfortable rooms that are right in the heart of the city. Maria who took care of us at the breakfast buffet is the best! She sent us off to our train with some fresh pastel de nata.

A	Andrew Folkes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has undoubtedly been the most perfect stay that we have ever had. The rooms are excellent and the staff have unbelievably attentive and kind. We have literally had the most perfect stay in Lisbon and it has certainly been down to this wonderful hotel and staff, especially the Reception manager who has gone above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We really couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore. We will definitely visit again.

The front desk people are all very helpful (from helping me pay for a taxi who didn’t accept credit cards and charging it to my room to printing out my bus ticket). My room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The gym is small but functional. Note that the pool was not available during my stay in August 2021. Location is across from Praco Commercial and about 10-15 minutes walking to Barrio Alto or Alfama.

We got a refund and went elsewhere. Handled badly by the manager who tried to argue a postage stamp size window was the description attached. Best advice is to see the room before you buy.
