The rooms are big enough for three persons.
The restaurant for dinner is a pricy and their gym is not quite well-equipped.

Pool area gives a great vista over Faro and is relaxing.
Inside the history is retained in the social areas.
Dining is nice but hindered by Covid restrictions.
Nice place to chill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The past few days spent at Palácio de Estói has been heavenly. I haven't been able to do anything but relax. All of the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure I've been comfortable. They have been warm, friendly and attentive when I have needed anything. They really do go above and beyond. I can't thank all of them enough. The food is exquisite and the spa treatment was out if this world.
The palace is beautiful and kept to a very high standard. It appears every last detail has been thought of with the facilities.
I love Portugal, although I have never been to Faro or Estoi. Both are beautiful places with very friendly local people.
I feel blessed that I have been able to stay at such a wonderful place, and I have certainly been treated like royalty while staying in this amazing palace. Definatley somewhere I would love to come back to. It's worth every penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overpriced dinner. 2 starters and two main meal with water= 83 euro! I was waiting for Gordon Ramsay to come out the kitchen honestly. So we skipped dinner on Christmas day and opted for a great Indian for more than half the price with a good bottle of Duro. We will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful stay in every aspect. The breakfast was great too, personally I wasn’t too keen on the dinner that was available at the restaurant. So we tried out other restaurants after our first dinner.
I am a vegetarian though and didn’t really enjoy the available vegetarian options. But with everything that was thrown at the hospitality industry during the pandemic I can totally see why they didn’t have too many options. There are lots of other restaurants nearby though.
