★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A busy tourist beach for sure, but at the foot of a small fishing village - now largely focused on tourism. A small selection of bars, restaurants, and shops to fulfil your every holiday need. It even has a public WC with rudimentary shower facilities, and a beach car park which is usually pretty full.
Relatively unspoilt despite the healthy tourism industry. Aquatic experiences such as dolphin spotting and scuba diving are also available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible place in a very small village of Algarve. The streets of the village are a bit hard to walk through because of their size and the cars going by, but the beach and the views are definitely worth anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A still kept secret fisherman village, shared with some super happy surfers. Few hotels. Better booking in Praia da Luz, and visit from there using bus number 4. A short, 20 minutes drive.
