Fiquei muito satisfeita, equipa muito profissional! Irei contactar de novo, de certeza. E já estão abertos aos sábados! I needed an urgent job by the end of the day on Friday, I ordered it by email, and it was delivered to me on Saturday, well packed and ready for delivery. I was very satisfied, very professional team! I will contact you again for sure. And they are already open on Saturdays!

Não me importo com o preço se vier com qualidade, mas não vem, impressões de fraca qualidade com muitas marcas e cores estranhas. Friendly service, but the price and quality are very different. I don't care about the price if it comes with quality, but it doesn't, poor quality prints with lots of marks and strange colors.

Fui à printpoint, no que pensava ser uma tarde tranquila e serena, mas desde logo me deparei com o funcionário da loja a ter comportamentos verbais completamente desagradáveis e rudes para com uma senhora que estava a tentar enviar o ficheiro por e-mail. Quando chega a minha vez o funcionário diz-me que demora 15 min para imprimir as páginas. (estranhei demorar tanto tempo por apenas 40 páginas, mas concordei). Entretanto atende + 7/8 clientes e verifico que não imprimiu nada do que pedi. Basicamente deixou de imprimir o que tinha pedido e foi atender outros clientes. Resultado: 40 minutos perdidos, folhas manchadas, preços absurdos, serviço lento e desrespeitoso Unpleasant, incompetent and unethical service. I went to printpoint, on what I thought was a quiet and serene afternoon, but I soon came across the store employee having completely unpleasant and rude verbal behavior towards a lady who was trying to send the file by e-mail. When my turn comes, the clerk tells me it takes 15 minutes to print the pages. (I found it strange to take so long for only 40 pages, but I agreed). However, it serves 7/8+ customers and I verify that it didn't print anything I asked for. Basically, he stopped printing what he had ordered and went to meet other customers. Result: lost 40 minutes, stained sheets, absurd prices, slow and disrespectful service

Nem disponibilizam net ao cliente para enviar o trabalho Foi a primeira e última vez. Absurd prices... Even sending an email after scanning I was charged: 1.5€. C	C C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here in the past and had a lot of copies made. The girl that helped me was nice and I was charged 0,10€ per sheet. Today a man helped me and totally ripped me off. He charged me 0,20€ per sheet. He didn't ask if I wanted it on a single page or double sided. He did it double sided and on thin paper.If you are in this area, I recommend you go to Staples as they only charge 0,09€ and have better quality paper.
