★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to have a drink if you are looking for something close to the town center, but still far enough you can actually park a car and not feel the overwhelming presence of the downtown nocturnal activity.
The cocktails are pretty great. But they are also pretty expensive. You can smoke in here, so probably not a great place if you do not look forward to dealing with a cloud of other people's tabacco.
It is great for meeting up with a small group of friends and watch sports. The ambience is great. This place is packed most of times, so it is also hectic. Staff is not particularly nice, because they are busy trying to run a packed pub, so I assume. Worth the shot, don't knock it untill you've tried it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first bar stop since arriving in Porto, PT. Seems like a great spot to watch a game, hangout with locals and tourists, and have a small bite to eat. I had the Black Pig Sandwich - my first one ever. It tasted good. I skipped on a pint of beer this time, but everyone drinking looked like they were enjoying it.
