Nous avons été informés tout au long des réparations de notre Audi A4 avec photos à l’appuie (Distribution, climatisation, révision complète + passage au contrôle technique. Cerise sur le gâteau la voiture était lavée et propre à la réception. Une facture au plus juste et un très bon rapport qualité prix. Plein de bons conseils, bref foncez si vous avez besoin d’un expert.
 5-star service, a warm and professional welcome. We were informed throughout the repairs of our Audi A4 with supporting photos (Distribution, air conditioning, complete overhaul + passage to technical control. Best of all, the car was washed and clean at reception. One invoice at most fair and very good value for money.Lots of good advice, in short go for it if you need an expert.

I went to this recommended workshop and the attention even exceeded my expectations. Attentive and very professional service. I urgently needed to repair my car and they did it as quickly as possible. I recommend it as a trustworthy workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recorri aos serviços da Quimenauto pela primeira vez à 2/3 meses atrás quando o painel acusou um problema com o sistema de travagem. Fi-lo pela proximidade mas também pela excelente avaliação da oficina no google. Apesar do reparo ter sido caro (foi necessário substituir os 4 discos) a minha experiência foi muito positiva, na medida que compreendi o que estava a pagar (o Sr João enviou-me fotos e mostrou-me in loco o estado de desgaste dos discos antigos) e atesto o bom atendimento e profissionalismo dos serviços desta oficina. A avaliar pela minha experiência a avaliação de excelencia desta oficina no google é inteiramente justa. Adicionalmente, destaco a simpatia e bom trato do Sr João, que não corresponde ao cliché habitual do que se espera encontrar num mecânico. Saí com a confiança que paguei o que era justo para peças e um serviço de qualidade. Quando voltar a precisar, voltarei a recorrer à Quimenauto (embora deseje que seja apenas necessário para a revisão/ manutenção preventiva da viatura). Obrigado uma vez mais Sr João.
I resorted to the services of Quimenauto for the first time 2/3 months ago when the panel accused a problem with the braking system. I did it because of the proximity but also because of the excellent evaluation of the workshop on google. Although the repair was expensive (it was necessary to replace the 4 discs) my experience was very positive, as I understood what I was paying (Mr João sent me photos and showed me in loco the state of wear on the discs old) and attest to the good service and professionalism of the services of this workshop. Judging by my experience the evaluation of excellence of this workshop on google is entirely fair. Additionally, I highlight Mr João's friendliness and good treatment, which does not correspond to the usual cliché of what one expects to find in a mechanic. I left with the confidence that I paid what was fair for parts and quality service. When I need it again, I'll turn to Quimenauto (although I wish it was only necessary for the vehicle's review/preventive maintenance). Thank you once again Mr João.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ General all round mechanic repair shop but if you own an original VW ie. An Aircooled classic, this is the place to take it to. Expert service done by former VW employee and one of an ever decreasing number of gearbox repair shops for these VWs which were already hard to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Very detailed, explaining everything all steps of the way and fixing the issue plus potential related items in record time with top quality. Going over and beyond to ensure a great, fast and high quality service with the customer in mind. Also at the end, reviewing with the customer everything what was done, explaining how it was done, showing the pieces old and new and giving tips to keep the car in top shape. The engine looked like new in a almost 10 year old car with 200000km. I am extremely happy with the service and will recommend and use Quimenauto at every opportunity.
