Our Buildings
Measuring eight hectares in total, the farm has three hectares under vine and one hectare of new olives, being Macanilha, Galega, Verdeal and Picual varieties amongst almond, carob, and age-old olive trees.
Also found is endemic vegetation that has been carefully preserved and cared for, especially the Pistacia Lentiscus and wild thyme, as well as two areas of protected trees, being Cork Oaks and Holm Oaks.
The newly completed buildings - contemporary but having a sense of age and place - incorporates a winery & cellar, a brewery and a taproom and restaurant offering all that we produce.
In the process of preparing the land for planting, an ancient aqua-duct system was discovered, crumbling and forgotten. This has been fully and sensitively restored using local stone, as have all the old stonewalls that were found in a state of disrepair. The farm is now surrounded by exposed limestone walls and is segmented by cobbled channels - a unique feature in the drainage region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply amazing! We had our wedding here and had an incredible day. The venue is so beautiful and the food and service we received was fantastic.
The support from owner Ann was invaluable but the real stars were Mariana and her team. Mariana worked tirelessly to make sure all the large and small details were sorted so that we could enjoy ourselves. Always at the end of an email and with no question and request (and there were lots) unsolvable.
The front of house team of Bruna, Denisa, Alfonso, Nayara and Ciril worked nonstop throughout the day and made sure everyone was happy. As for the food, like every visit to Dos Santos it was outstanding. Rene, Carina, Claudio, Erica and Fabio did a wonderful job creating a menu perfect for our wedding and then delivered it spot on.
It's up to you to discover the wine, beer and gin they produce here at Dos Santos but I can tell you everyone loved what they had.
In all, a once in a lifetime experience here at Dos Santos and thanks again to everyone that made it such a special day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing place! So beautiful. The building itself is just stunning and it looks over the countryside and vineyards.
The food. Blimey. It's delicious. A little on the more expensive side as you can imagine but just so tasty. The melted cheese.....ooooof that was so good as well as the chocolate mousse and salted caramel. Forgot to take photos of that though!! ?
As well as a beautiful view, great food the service here is just brilliant. The lady in charge makes you feel so welcome and happy. It actually feels like she's been a friend for a long time! Loved her energy and love for her job. The other waiters were sweet too.
We shall be back soon!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I biked to Dos Santos to get there shortly after they opened at 1pm. We enjoyed wine, beer and delicious food inside by the fire, looking out on the vineyard. We probably looked a little out of place with our helmets and tennis shoes, but we had a great experience. Staff was friendly, food was delicious, and atmosphere was gorgeous! We had couvert, two drinks, two entrees, dessert, and cappuccinos and it was 60 euro. Which honestly didn't seem too expensive for a lovely experience. Would definitely go back.

- wine
- beer
- vegan options
We were super impressed by the ambiance and environment - 10/10 for that! The burgers were also awesome and full of flavor. The one thing I would recommend improving is the pour size of the tasters. We paid 10 euro for a tasting flight of beers and legitimately got 2 ounces per pour. It didn’t even equate to a small glass of beer. With the tasters specifically, we felt ripped off. I was going to have a wine flight after, but decided to go for a glass of wine for 7 euro instead because of how the first taster flight was.
Otherwise, the prices while higher, are warranted due to the beautiful environment and the quality of the food.
