★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not deal with this agency. They make you sign a renting contract and when you have a problem they don't answer to you at all... Do not deal with Miguel Dias and nuno Garcia that are very unprofessional individuals.
-I had no answer to my mails asking for a receipt for the rent payment
-Miguel Dias did not declare me to the fiscal office on purpose to don't pay tax
-There was no garbage disposal and I had trash bags in front of my place for 3 months (I was sending picture and asking for help but no answer).
Very very very unprofesional people. Please comment if you want to get in touch and have more information and prove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine that you live 6678 km away from Portugal (in a straight line). You fly to Portugal for a few days to visit several real estate properties because you're planning to move back to Portugal. You set up an appointment with Mr. Dias at Remax Yes. You confirm your appointment with Mr. Dias. However, Mr. Dias does not show up and nobody in the agency has a clue where Mr. Dias is or why he hasn't shown up. Another person shows you the property but she spends the mere 5 minutes of your visit talking on her cell phone, ignoring you. Maybe you don't dress up like a real customer. In summary, the worst experience I have had in my life dealing with real estate agents in 3 different countries. The brand Remax deserves MUCH BETTER
