A 17 de agosto continuo a aguardar uma resposta do vosso suporte. Não respondem a nenhuma das vias (mensagem privada facebook, mensagem privada instagram, e-mail, telemóvel). Serviço péssimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tem serviço ao cliente quando o assunto é troca ou devolução. Respondem com celeridade se pedimos alguma informação, mas de resto não respondem a emails, nem recebem as trocas ou devoluções na morada que está no site.

Foram realizados os procedimentos que estão indicados na página da marca e mesmo assim não obtive resposta. Da mesma forma, não recepcionaram o envio da devolução tendo a mesma sido devolvida ao remetente. Conclusão: fico com um produto que não me serve.
Unfortunately there is no customer service when it comes to exchanges or returns. They respond quickly if we ask for any information, but otherwise they do not respond to emails, nor do they receive exchanges or returns at the address on the website.
