Além de não darem todas as informações, não haver confirmação de contactos, no fim o cliente tem de pagar mais que o dito, esperar que arranjem troco, e com isso até tem de despender de mais dinheiro para sair do parque! Além do mais, não tratam de nada a não ser por mail aos quais nao respondem, e nada de fatura pois nem contribuinte pediram! Uma vergonha
Bullshit! In addition to not giving all the information, there is no confirmation of contacts, in the end the customer has to pay more than said, wait for them to get change, and with that they even have to spend more money to leave the park! What's more, they don't deal with anything except by email to which they don't respond, and no invoices, as they didn't even ask for it! A shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregué el coche con 66483 km en el contador y me lo devolvieron en 66523 km, 40 kms de diferencia. El parking está a 8 kms de donde te lo entregan/recogen, hagan cuentas. Además me lo entregaron lleno de barro como si lo hubieran metido por caminos.
I delivered the car with 66,483 km on the meter and it was returned to me in 66,523 km, 40 km apart. The parking lot is 8 kms from where it is delivered / collected, do the math. They also gave it to me full of mud as if they had put it on roads.

Tuvimos que esperar por la persona 10 minutos en el centro estacionados en doble fila, llevan tu coche a más de 12 km y no lo puedes acceder a él mientras tanto.
Al devolverlo, el conductor rascó la llanta en nuestra presencia contra el bordillo y me dijo que no habría problema, que enviásemos la información por mail. Él sacó fotos y dio parte a su jefe, pero no firmé recibo de recogida y sigo esperando a que me contesten.
Do not use this service. IRRESPONSIBLE.
We had to wait for the person 10 minutes in the center parked in double row, they take your car more than 12 km and you cannot access it in the meantime.
When returning it, the driver scratched the tire in our presence against the curb and told me that there would be no problem, to send the information by mail. He took photos and reported it to his boss, but I didn't sign a collection receipt and I'm still waiting for an answer.

They sell you parking as if they were in the center of Lisbon, take your car to the airport, and refuse to pick it up or give it back to you at a time different than that you put in the app. You do not have access to your car in the meantime. You cannot leave your luggage at your carThey do not tell you that someone will be driving your car for DOZENS OF KILOMETERS. They crashed my rented car and the insurance did not cover it because it was another driver.
