★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my relocation from Canada to Portugal, Rent Villas Algarve found me a wonderful 3 month rental in the Algarve (ultimately Vale do Lobo) from September - December 2020. I’ve travelled quite a bit and rented accommodations throughout, and I have never been better attended to. Their level of professionalism, service, responsiveness is first class ! Relocation to a new country can be overwhelming, especially with not speaking the language…as an aside, Rent Villa Algarve did everything they could to assist with my orientation…an added bonus !

They are have a great range of high quality properties and because they are local, they know all the villas personally. This means they can provide genuinely expert information and advice. Once in the Algarve, Sharon and Carol make sure you have everything you need and are on hand to solve any problems very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend them for their local knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism. It is so nice to deal with real people rather than an anonymous website - the personal touch goes a long way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an apartment booked with Rent Villas Algarve for August 2021. From the moment I booked I cannot commend the communication from Carol and Sharon enough. The first email made you feel that you could speak to them about anything relating to your holiday, from airport transfers, car hire, food shopping and day trips. There was also mobile number that you could contact them on should you have any questions or problems, excellent, not something that you always get when booking holidays. Unfortunately due Portugal’s new Covid rules and having to quarantine on arrival if not double vaccinated we have had to cancel our booking. Again, I cannot commend Carol and Sharon enough, they have been in regular contact throughout the cancellation process and have assisted in securing me a full refund. I highly recommend Rent Villas Algarve, and although we didn’t make it to our holiday this year, I will defiantly be using them to book in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a villa during the pandemic, not sure if our holiday would go ahead. The agency were able to provide assurances that should travel plans change we would be able to re book for another time which gave us some peace of mind. Sharon and Carol were very helpful throughout, finding information in advance of our holiday as to where we could obtain tests needed for our return flights. We were met at the villa and given all the information needed. As the villa was not occupied prior to our booking and we had an early flight, we were able to settle in straight away which was welcome after not much sleep!
We have used various agencies over many years of villa holidays in The Algarve but these ladies were the best and made the whole experience much easier at a very uncertain time. We will definitely book with them in the future - thank you for a wonderful and much needed holiday. The villa was perfect and fabulous location with so much to do in walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having rented villas for 20 years or so (mostly in the Algarve) I found the team at Rent Villas Algarve to be lovely, professional and knowledgeable about the area and the property.
Everything was dead simple (sometimes with others it isn’t!) and communication over the two weeks we were there was quick and any queries dealt with fairly and efficiently.
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent in this area in future - a good professional and pleasant safe pair of hands.
