With other real estate agents, on the same area, we were looking for 7 months.
After we met Joao Miguel, we waited 1 week before he showed us 4 houses in our target.
After 7 months, many houses visited (17 visits but we are picky about visit), we have found thanks to Joao Miguel our house.
Joao helped us to manage everything : Find the house, negociate, manage papers,...
We are not portuguese and his help was really appreciated.
Joao speaks portuguese, english, spanish and french. He is very professionnel and trustworthy.
