No dia da escritura o valor não foi respeitado!
Fui enganado, não recomendo.
I consulted in Real Estate for sale of a property in which a commission value was agreed with Dr. Carlos who identified himself as the manager.
On the day of the deed the value was not respected!
I was wrong, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quand nous sommes arrivés au Portugal ne mettez pas le doigt sur quelque chose de biens immobiliers et a été avec SUNVITA et votre personnel ayant obtenu les meilleurs conseils, ils étaient très amicales et rapides des réponses à nos questions. Nous n’avons pas acheté la maison au Portugal, mais nous sommes de retour l’été prochain et acheter auprès de cet Office.
When we arrived in Portugal do not put your finger on anything real estate and was with SUNVITA and your staff having got the best advice, they were very friendly and quick answers to our questions. We did not buy the house in Portugal, but we are back next summer and buy from this Office.
