★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Studentato per fct- nova ad Almada. Comodo per raggiungere l'università e ben servito da una linea metro di superficie per raggiungere il centro di Lisbona in 40-45 minuti attraversando il fiume con il battello con corse frequenti. Ambiente cordiale prr giovani.
Student house for fct- nova in Almada. Convenient to reach the university and well served by a surface metro line to reach the center of Lisbon in 40-45 minutes crossing the river by boat with frequent runs. Friendly environment for young people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going to Ersmus to FCT and you are considering staying at this resident my advice for you is DON'T DO IT. This place is in middle of nowhere , you have to pay 20 euro per night if you want to host someone in our room, people are stealing your food from fridge, and also if you want to leave before they will not give you back youw deposit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are an student or researcher in nova school of science and technology, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, you may chose this place for staying. It has different type of rooms with different levels of privacy. There are security guards and service staff. It has very big outdoor area plus a private natural park . It's exactly infront the back door of university campus and 5 meter from the train station. You may access to the continent supermarket by 15 min walking . Or 7 minutes biking. Also you have access to bus station. Bank, health clinic, pharmacy, restaurant are in your 20 min walking. Recently the around area became a bit unsafe, after some attack and disruption by 3 criminals, and university responsible did not do any significant reaction to increase the security of residence area.
