E	Elisabete Pinto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel antigo. Sem elevador. Mobília antiga. Tv fixa na parede muito alta sendo difícil mudar de canal ou ligar a tv pois faltam botões no comando. Contudo quarto limpo. Exclente pequeno almoço. Funcionária responsável pela preparação do mesmo muito simpática. Old hotel. No elevator. Antique furniture. Tv fixed on the wall too high, it is difficult to change the channel or turn on the tv because there are no buttons on the remote. However clean room. Exclente breakfast. Staff responsible for preparing the same very friendly.

La televisión sólo tenía 3 canales, suciedad por todos lados,es fácil que entren por la terraza por la proximidad entre habitaciones. El Wifi no llega a las habitaciones, tampoco hay cobertura. El parking gratuito otra mentira más, te dicen que tienes que aparcar en la vía pública. No tiene ascensor y el Bufet es ridículo. El aire acondicionado ni si quiera funcionaba. Una gran decepción y totalmente ridículo. No merece la pena. Y para rematar corrían cucarachas por la habitación y las paredes son como papel, se escuchan todos los ruidos que pueda haber, que son bastantes. Totalmente mediocre. Free parking is another lie, they tell you that you have to park on public roads. There is no elevator and the buffet is ridiculous. The air conditioning didn't even work. A huge disappointment and totally ridiculous. Not worth it. And to top it off, cockroaches were running around the room and the walls are like paper, you can hear all the noises that there may be, which are quite a lot. Totally mediocre.

Está muy bien situado, a la entrada de Miranda y es fácil aparcar. Tiene unas buenas vistas de la ciudad, el personal es muy atento y amable y el buffet de desayuno está muy bien. Bastante variado y van reponiendo todo el tiempo. Por este precio no se puede pedir más. Lo malo: el edificio es bastante viejo y está descuidado por fuera, aunque las habitaciones están limpias. La insonorización deja mucho que desear, pero como en casi todas partes. La cama no es nada especial, pero para una o dos noches está bien. A pesar de las pegas, es un sitio al que volvería ya que tiene un precio muy bueno. c	conceiçao Gonçalves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentavelmente MAU Receção sem ninguem, após tocar á campainha vem um homem antipático que nem boa tarde diz, mandanos para 3º andar sem nos acompanhar como seria o lógico, TV por satelite só dava os 4 canais básicos, produtos de higiene somente no doseador de parede,. Mas ainda o mais grave foi deixar lá algo de valorno quarto, e só aparecer ao fim de 5 dias após ter ligado insistentemente para verem melhor, ( só mostra o tipo de higienização dos quartos após a saida dos hóspedes), e mesmo assim se negarem a mandar á cobrança pois a culpa foi nossa ter esquecido lá e não podiam perder tempo a ir aos CTT. ( Devo referenciar que moro a quase 300 KM de distância ou seja cerca de 6 horas de carro ida e volta). Debería mejorar la limpieza, el extractor del baño estaba muy sucio, las sábanas y toallas estaban limpias. Los muebles muy antiguos. La cama hacía bastante ruido y el colchón muy duro. E	Eduardo Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD! The hotel is very dated, offers zero amenities or customer service. The bathrooms stinks like urine, and the overall cleanliness in very bad. Good location and OK place to crash for 1 night (maybe), but would not stay here again, and do not recommend it.
C	CJ Boguszewski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here while visiting Miranda do Douro in July. The hotel is quite adequate, air conditioned. Furniture is a bit dated. We stayed on the 3rd floor - no lift for luggage, be aware! Also not a straight stairway - you pass through corridors to reach the next floor, a quirk of the way the hotel was constructed. But, it’s a holiday hotel and this is acceptable. Breakfast was excellent- good spread and many options. If you are in the area, it’s perfectly fine and central.
