★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night I ordered Mix Raita from the Biriani rice section of the menu but it doesn’t have any biriani rice included. I ordered steamed basmati rice which was good with Chicken biriani. I found the chicken biriani too oily for my taste but enjoyed the mix raita. Tonight I ordered chicken kurma and steamed basmati rice. I was shocked that the kurma was so bland and slightly sweet without enough spices : expect 1 cinnamon stick 2 cardamoms 2 cloves 1 star anise 1 bay leaf 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds

1 jalapeno pepper (slit) 2 cloves garlic (grated) 1/4 inch ginger (piece, grated) 1 roma tomato (medium, chopped) 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 3 boneless skinless chicken thighs (cut into bite size chunks) 1 medium carrot (peeled and thinly sliced, optional) 14 ounces chicken stock 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 cup chopped cilantro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my favourite Indian from barreiro. You can not go wrong with the Indian food there but you can go very wrong with the Italian food they make. For that I can not blame them, if you want Italian food you should go to an Italian restaurant instead. The place is a bit dark but overall clean and the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place called Delhi Darbar its owned by Punjabi Indians and being as I do not eat halal food it was as close to my home cooking as I would have found. To my surprise the manager and his staff were all very welcoming and the food is 10/10 being as I'm also punjabi and love my food. Flavours were simply divine. I'm recommending it because of the whole experience and going back with friends and family when am next over. Food is outstanding. (Not just saying it for the review eirher)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food, both Italian and Indian! I was apprehensive at first but came away very impressed. They were also very accommodating in altering sauces and ingredients which showed they cook from scratch. Restaurant atmosphere is also nice with a good layout. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is pretty nice, it was a little overcrowded but we got a nice table in the corner. The appetizers were ok but the food was great. The waiters were very friendly and it's fair priced all around.
