O café/restaurante é frequentado maioritariamente por locais o que diz bem da sua genuídade, sem folclore para turistas, o que se reflecte nos preços, quantidade/qualidade! Mesmo em frente ao Palácio Nacional. Um oásis e um dos últimos estandartes da cozinha portuguesa em Mafra.
The best spot in Mafra for snails and other very traditional snacks, in addition to the typical dishes of the day. The cafe/restaurant is mostly frequented by locals which speaks well of its genuineness, without folklore for tourists, which is reflected in prices, quantity/quality! Right in front of the National Palace. An oasis and one of the last standards of Portuguese cuisine in Mafra.

Excellent quality/price ratio. A nice place overlooking the Monastery of Mafra. Very good food, very well prepared and at a low price. A place to return, without a doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite oké plates. Not impressive. The indoor part of the restaurant is upstairs. The entourage is very simple and even not depressing. The restaurant is good for a quick meal..not for cosy dinners. Quality is good enough.
