Con lo bien que se come en Portugal es decepcionante este lugar. Fuimos porque quedaba muy cerca del Buddha Eden de Bacalhoa, pero visto el resultado es mejor desplazarse y buscar otro sitio. El aspecto del local es cuidado y bonito, por fuera parece una bodega y por dentro un pabellón de caza, con trofeos por las paredes. El servicio es lento, y no por causa de los camareros que hay bastantes y son muy amables, sino de la cocina que claramente no da abasto. La comida es mediocre, pedimos un "borrego" especialidad del chef que parecía del día anterior, excesivamente cocinado y grasiento, y unas chuletillas de cordero que no eran tales, sino que era el cuello (con la vértebra) cortado en rodajas, sobrecargado de romero y durísimo. Como acompañamiento una montaña de arroz y patatas fritas. También pedimos un pescado en brocheta con unos langostinos, igualmente pasado de punto. Devolvimos los platos casi intactos y lo comentamos, pero nadie ofreció una opción o un detalle. El postre regular. Lo mejor, un vino de 30 euros (no creo que vendan muchas botellas así), claro que por ese precio los hay mucho mejores. El precio no sería caro -contando el sablazo del vino, fueron 85 euros, cobraron hasta los cafés habiendo recibido quejas por la comida- si lo pedido hubiera respondido a las expectativas, pero salimos de allí con la impresión de haber comido menú del día de un bar de carretera cutre. No lo recomiendo.

The service is slow, and not because of the waiters there are enough and are very friendly, but the kitchen that clearly does not provide. The food is mediocre, we ordered a "sheep" specialty from the chef that looked like the day before, overcooked and greasy, and some lamb chops that were not such, but instead was the neck (with the vertebra) cut into slices, overloaded with Rosemary and very hard. As an accompaniment a mountain of rice and chips. We also ordered a fish on a skewer with some prawns, equally out of date. We returned the dishes almost intact and commented, but nobody offered an option or a detail. The regular dessert. The best, a wine of 30 euros (I don't think they sell many bottles like that), of course for that price there are much better. The price would not be expensive - counting the wine saber, it was 85 euros, they charged even the coffees having received complaints for the food - if the request had responded to the expectations, but we left there with the impression of having eaten the menu of the day of A shabby road bar. I do not recommend it.
