★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been calling at this restaurant now for the last 2 months and the staff are great. The fish dishes are gorgeous along with their mixed salads and vegetables. I wouldn't hesitate in stopping off for lunch.

Low cost choc, water, whisky, cream and Coffee / high profit !! Good location on a fogday anyway....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ can't say anything really negative, attention of personal is excellent, location is a dream, the food I had was good, but at 100 m. there are shacks of the fishermen (grilling their sardines) and there are a thousand or so of crab cages... you would expect local product on the menu apart from fish of the day.. and salmon... no crab or crayfish.... and the prices are on the steep side for the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the last 2 years this is our favourite place. Understaffed, but all remain very friendly, cheerful and do their very best. food is always good and today’s sea bass was the best I have ever tasted and worthy of any 5* establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware Beware over pricing I went to the Restinga Ria yesterday on a beautiful summer’s day had a lovely cooked meal of fish and vegetables with two bottles of somerby cider in total 23 euro I thought I’d do the same again today but keep the cost down a little and had just a coffee the food was not as nice and slightly cold the coffee was fine I finished and went to pay the bill 28,68 euros I questioned why it was so expensive he said the fish was bigger what? I know if it was it was by mm they are after what they can get please beware ask for the price beforehand or even better go elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to sit down as we passed by. The setting is lovely. We ordered tapas which was nice and filling - lots of it for a great price. I think the main menu food would have been nicer but the tapas was the quick and easy food we were looking for. What made it for us was the lovely waiter, who had previously lived in Ireland- which we had great chats about. He seemed to know lots of languages - including some Irish phrases which was lovely. He was so lively and willing to chat- even though they were busy!
