Highly recommend to anyone visiting Albufeira purely for their excellent authentic Italian food, best sea views, nice summery atmosphere and a lovely family restaurant feeling. Also left a tripadvisors for this cute restaurant as we are so pleased with the experience we’ve had here??❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely Italian restaurant. In one week we ended up going three times!! Twice for dinner and once for lunch and it never disappointed. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant itself spacious with an outside seating area on the ground floor as well as one on the top level with lovely sea views! Indoor seating also available on the first floor (I think the top floor can also be fully covered if weather is bad). The starters were nice to share (we had bruschetta, garlic prawns, Greek salad) and both pasta and pizza dishes were great. Especially awesome and great value for money is the lunch deal! Would go again! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, delicious food. I cannot recommend the Insalata Italiana and Chef’s Gamberreto enough. I’ve just finished my meal as I write this and feel sated- but this tasted so good I want to throw manners to the wind and lick the plate clean. However, I think the best testimonial I can give this place is that my seven year old ate her broccoli without complaint for the first time in recorded history!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely fantastic. The exterior and interior gives it a unique Italian vibe. The food itself was brilliant, we had the calzone and pesto gnocchi which was the best we’ve ever had. Great location and very close to the beach and vibrant square. Definitely will come again on my trip. Ciao!

Ricardo’s is a true family restaurant started in the 80’s.
Spectacular view from their upstairs terrace for a romantic evening.
I like to sit downstairs outside to listen to the ocean & watch the people stroll by.
All of the food is homemade & delicious and prices are reasonable.
Love the mushrooms w bolognese, cheese & béchamel sauce - I could lick the dish clean it’s so good.
Italian salad is fresh & tasty- I omit the pineapple & the raviolis are cooked to perfection. Love the pizza too
All of the staff are friendly & highly attentive.
