Y	YSS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent two nights on the 3rd and 4th of January 2019. We have been going to various hotels throughout Portugal for now more than ten years, familial or luxuous hotels but this is the first time i feel the need of writing a commentary, because this is the first time i am shocked by the rude and dishonest behavior of the owners of such a supposedly exquisite hotel. Rooms are nice but the "spa"'is ridiculous: there is no shower you can use after using their very basic sauna and hammam. Worse, the interior pool is not open during winter, and my wife had precisely phoned before booking in order to know whether it would be available: they clearly lied to her. Instead of apologizing, they explained us that people do not know how to enjoy this interior swimming pool during winter and they prefer to close it during winter for people not to complain. Well, this is a nice hotel without a spa during winter season, simply! We did not feel respected, we did not feel we spent our money and even worse, our time, in an appropriate way. Portugal is full enough of very nice places and cheerful people for us to never come back to this rather nice, yet ridiculous place, where customers are considered not raffinate enough to be able to enjoy an interior swimming pool during winter... To be avoided.

The outcome and feedback could not be more positive. From the bedrooms, to the food and the people, everything was five stars.
S	Silvia Antonioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome! A fantastic, peaceful place, with beautiful gardens, ponds and swimming pools in a beautiful area near Obidos. Great both for couple and families. (Our son loved it).The staff was great, breakfast delicious. Obidos nearby is super cute. Caldas da Reina pretty. Peniche & Nazare a short drive away and there is a lovely lagoon next to it too. We’ll definitely come back!
M	Mário Ferreira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personeel is super lovely, the food is amazing but the sphere is fenomenal. I advise everyone to come on Friday or Saturday evening, there's live music and the singer is amazing. I for sure will return very soon.

The rooms have a good size and they maintain a good temperature during the day and night, i didn't use the AC or the inside fireplace in any moment. The bed is very good despite a bit soft. I went in a week they have special gastronomic events, so I was able to try some tapas between 6 and 7 pm and other events in restaurants of the chain. The breakfast is not amazing (I was expecting more products from the region) but is good with variety. Its ideal to relax for a few days in a very quiet place. The fireplace outside each room is a must!!
O	Oliver Plank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic!!! Our suite deluxe room was stunning! I like that mix, concrete and warm interior. The huge glass doors from the shower and toilet are impressive. Free water and coffee in the room. You have an oven inside, if needed. We joined the fire place on demand outside, after dinner. Very cosy. Breakfast was served in the room ( covid), perfect. Everything we needed. Dinner was also delicious. The hotel is the perfect place to stay, either for golf, or to see the areas around, eg Obidos. Thanks to the very friendly staff!

The suites are very spacious, quiet and quite modern. the best parts are without a doubt the bathtub and the indoor fireplace. It was raining when stayed too so it made it very cozy and atmospheric. Because of the pandemic the restaurant seating was somewhat limited but they managed to serve us food in our suites, it was very comfortable and the food was fantastic. My favourite were the baked potatoes with garlic sauce. We also had breakfast included in our stay and it was a fantastic spread, it was brought to us in a cute basked, the service was excellent, very friendly and they accommodated all my requests.
A	A Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is magic BUT, it is TOO OLD. It needs urgent maintenance! PROS: The place is like paradise: the design of the hotel, the open spaces and the indoors are unique but they need to fix almost everything. Breakfast is pretty good and people running the hotel are beyond nice, they are so friendly. Great cocktails. CONS: The grass is flooded, chairs made of wood broken, the shower and bath are very damaged, the room smells so bad (humidity). And the 2 worst things in my opinion: 1) is not clean at all 2)it is suuuper expensive. It does not worth it, not for that price. I enjoyed my days in here, but I would never come back unless it is remodeled and they lower their prices.
