★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked three rooms at this hotel through hotels.com.
Within the limit for cancellation, I cancelled one of the rooms and got the confirmation from hotels.com, everything ok.
Rossio Boutique Hotel charged me for all three rooms anyway, because they "have other rules of cancellation than hotels.com". They refuse to refund my payment for the third room even though I have the confirmatin e-mail from hotels.com.
Hotels.com blames Rossio Boutique Hotel and none of them wants to solve what they've caused.
By the way: Right outside the hotel entrance, you get drugs offered alle the time. Keep children away from this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To avoid! The hotel is located in an unsafe neighborhood which means you will be exposed to drugabusers, trafficants and homeless next to your doorstep. Besides, you will be unable to sleep at night coz much noise outside and none isolation. Advice: check hotels in Martin moniz area, same price and better quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and nice rooms for a good price.
We hadn’t had breakfast and only stayed two nights - so the five stars are mainly for the bed and the bathroom.
For what we were looking for the Rossio was perfect:
Arrive In Lissabon, drop the luggage, have a shower and then explore the city by feet and go to bed. Next day we joined a free walking tour, had a nice dinner, slept a few hours and went to the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary in 2019 and loved it! The central location is perfect for exploring Lisboa and the surrounding palaces and gardens by way of train at the Rossio Train Station (easy travel to Sintra, Queluz, Parque Florestal, and Porto). Beautifully decorated rooms with contemporary amenities. The hotel created comfort after a long day of sightseeing and scaling the many hills that make up Lisboa, but also made the trip back out for entertainment, drinks, eating, or people watching easy and accessible because of its central location. I would highly recommend this hotel for leisure and business alike. Thank You!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very average 3 stars MAX hotel. Facing very low end commercial activities. Rooms are not at all what you see in the pictures. They tripled the prices during Web summit; which is normal but the pictures on booking don’t correspond what you will have in reality!
Be careful! And if you have other options, I suggest not to stay here. Good luck
