C	Chen Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away! We booked a room in April for August, and got a confirmation. Arrived to find that they don't have a booking for us. First they claimed that we cancelled our booking, and showed us an cancellation email for different dates and different reservation number. The clerk/manager wouldn't help at all, saying they don't have any spare rooms. Eventually he looked and found a different hotel 120 euro more, and they wouldn't pay the difference. After insisting that they should pay the difference and to talk to his manager, he talked to his manager, and was willing to pay us 150 euro just to get rid of us (his words!). He offered us either a guesthouse for that price or an hotel far away from the center! We ended up booking a different hotel in center for 300 euros more (the cheapest one we could find last minute in high season) with no breakfast, that this hotel wouldn't pay the full difference.
J	J Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros - decent central location, friendly staff, nice breakfasts. Cons- twin room was smaller than our bathroom at home. Literally squeezing between the two beds. The square is the main area for homeless people to hangout and sleep. Quite noisy from the street and the bedroom shared a wall with the communal area that has music playing and breakfast noise from early. Not the greatest place for sleeping.

Breakfast and espresso every morning provided, beautiful views from the balconies, and unexpected amenities like a free smart phone to use throughout stay to get around the city, luggage hold, and city maps. Incredible experience, can't wait to be back!
M	Muge BETIN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel was perfect! Right in the city center. Very convenient to tourist attractions, busses, airport service..and so on. Rooms were very clean, hotel itself is well maintained. But the best part was it breakfast. Price vs quality is 10 out of 10.
A	Anne Gardiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay here. Such a convenient location for everything. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is some street noise but, with the window closed, we were not troubled by noise. There are lots of stairs but we are fit, so not a problem. The communal lounge and the breakfast area are lovely and there are nice views over the square. The breakfast was delicious and the opportunity to help yourselves homemade cake and drinks in the lounge is a lovely touch. We hope to return.
